VULVODYNIA TREATMENT
- Amitriptyline 2%/Baclofen 2% Ointment or Cream
- SIG: Use as directed by the prescriber
- DISP: 30gm or 60gm tubes

- SIG: Apply to the vulvar area 2-3 times daily

VULVOVAGINITIS INFECTION TREATMENT
- Boric Acid 600mg Suppositories
- SIG: Insert 1 suppository vaginally nightly at bedtime for 14 days or as directed by the prescriber
- Nystatin 100,000 unit Suppositories
- SIG: Insert 1 suppository vaginally nightly at bedtime
BACTERIAL VAGINOSIS TREATMENT
- Metronidazole 500mg Suppositories
- SIG: Insert 1 suppository vaginally two times daily 2-3 times per week
- Metronidazole 125mg/gm + Nystatin 100,000 unit/gm Cream
- SIG: Apply 1gm PV QHS x 5-7 days or U.D.
HEMORRHOID TREATMENT
- Hydrocortisone 1% / Lidocaine 2% Rectal Rocket
- SIG: Insert 1 suppository rectally to the flange nightly at bedtime
- DISP: #3 or #6 suppositories
ANAL FISSURE
- Diltiazem 2% Ointment or Gel
- SIG: Apply BID to affected area

NAUSEA
- ABH Transdermal Gel

NIPPLE TREATMENT
