Twenty years ago, pharmacist T.J. Johnsrud (now President of NuCara Pharmacy) and two partners launched a company that today has 250 employees with pharmacies in three states.  In addition to steering the course of our companies, he continues to practice on a regular basis.

Our focus is customer service.  When you think NuCara, think community pharmacies, precision compounding, long-term care and home medical services, because it's within these areas that our expertise lies.

All new technicians are hired with the understanding that they will become certified within their first year of employment.  This will become mandatory by 7/1/2010.  The Company supplies study materials for the exam, pays for the successful completion of the exam, and awards a $1 per hour increase in wage once certified.
