With this new service you can:

  • Find out if you have refills available
  • Request refills online 24/7
  • Easily see if your prescriptions are ready for pickup
  • Print your own prescription report


Enrollment is quick, easy, and FREE!

Instructions:

  1. At this time, our Nevada,Traer, and Elmhurst locations are piloting this service. Please let your pharmacist know if this is a service you would like to see at your location in the future.
  2. Click below to access Nevada's,Traer's, or Elmhurst's Online Patient Portal
  3. Create your account.
  4. For security purposes, you will need to contact our pharmacy staff for activation. To comply with federal privacy law, we will need clearance from each adult added to your account (this includes spouses and adult children).
  5. If your prescription is out of refills, we will contact your physician. Keep in mind it may take us 24-48 hours to receive authorization from your doctor.
  6. If you have a requested pickup time, please include that in the notes section of your refill request. This will help us to ensure that your prescriptions are ready when you arrive.
  7. Once your prescriptions are ready for pickup, their status will change to "Ready" in your prescription list.
